My name is Richard (Rich) Puig. I am the founder and owner of CBC Home Inspection & Services, LLC. I am also a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor for over 25 years. Florida License # CBC 028050

Effective July 1, 2010 the State of Florida passed legislation requiring all home inspectors to be licensed by the state. My Florida Home Inspection License number is HI 215.

If you are considering a home inspection, it is very important to use a licensed inspector. Having an inspector who is also a licensed contractor offers an extra level of peace of mind. A Florida licensed contractor has proven his/her ability and knowledge of construction to the state. Not all home inspectors have a contractor’s license. A proper home inspection could save you money in costly repairs and alert you to potential future problems.

I am personally involved in every “CBC” home inspection. I am licensed and insured and take pride in every job. I am a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). I am a graduate of Allied Business School of Home Inspection, and Past President of ASA (American Subcontractors Association) of South Florida.

You will receive a detailed inspection report including photos. This will be available at the end of your inspection. Your report can be presented onsite, e-mailed or mailed to you.

Our prices range from $200 to $400 or more depending on the size, age, style and location of the home. The average cost for inspecting most of the homes in our service area run about $300.

In all real estate transactions time is of the essence, therefore I offer our services when you need them, many times same day service is available.
